I am in a unique position of having to purchase my own patrol car and outfitting it as well. The Charger we got from John at Squad Cars USA had top notch equipment already installed and was ready to roll with the only addition needed, my radio. There were no paperwork hassles nor any dealer headaches. This was my 88th car purchase and would have to say John made it the easiest purchase I have ever been through and the car was all that he promised. I am currently considering leasing another vehicle from John.

I am as hard headed as they come and really have to research everything I buy. I usually run off the salesmen I deal with because they can't handle me and my attitude toward sales people in general. As a return customer of many times, I've bought (6) retired squad cars from John to be exact, John Johnson never fails to go the extra mile on customer service and satisfaction, time and time again! I am always very pleased with his prices as well as the performance of the cars. Many buyers take a gamble when buying a retired police car, but when buying from John you can rest assured that you are getting into a reliable and well cared for car. Over the course of six years that I have known John, he always makes sure to provide outstanding service... The last car I bought from John was the 2001 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with only 67,XXX miles on it which flew like a rocket across the state of Missouri with no issues and is a very wonderful car. The car was a retired municipal unit from a nice suburb outside of Kansas City. I use my Crown Victoria’s daily for personal and work driving, and they have NEVER left me with any down time (minus a few deer accidents here and there, which John is always quick to get me in another car.) If you are from the St. Louis area like I am and looking for a retired police car whether it be a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge, it is worth the extra drive across the state to visit John at his new easy to find location in Grandview, MO. To show the trust and business partnership I have with John the past 2 cars I have bought I have made the 430 mile round trip adventure without even seeing a picture of the car, and upon my arrival I have never been let down. Lastly on a side note, I have never known an automotive salesman to give out their personal cell phone number to every customer, again that is John, going the extra mile!!! I look forward to returning to Kansas City to see John and to get another great deal.
